ICT Requirements Engineer Senior

Your tasks • As a driving force in our "Digital Business & Experience" department, you will actively shape the digital transformation of Visana. • Hand in hand with the Product Owner and the development team, you will take our output solutions (Serie/M) to the next level. • You form the decisive interface between business and IT. • You analyze, structure, and specify requirements and always proactively involve your stakeholders. • Thanks to your methodical strength and your quality awareness, you accompany the entire development process and ensure sustainable and economical solutions. Your profile • You have a sound education in (business) informatics (e.g., HF, FH, Uni) and have already proven yourself in requirements engineering. Ideally, you bring experience in output management. • You are fascinated by decoding complex specialist needs and transforming them into well-thought-out system requirements. • As a communicative team player, you network effortlessly within the company. • You manage to prepare your results in a manner appropriate to the target group and present them convincingly. • Practice in agile software development, entrepreneurial foresight, a high standard of quality, and business fluent German (spoken and written) round off your profile.
