HANDY MAN / DRIVER POLYVALENT (H/F) Sector Genève - Nyon | Canton de Vaud (La Côte) Non-residential position As part of a recruitment process conducted in complete confidentiality, we are supporting an UHNW family in the search for a trustworthy professional intended to strengthen the team of a private residence of very high standing located between Genève and Nyon. We are looking for a highly polyvalent Handy Man / Driver, capable of intervening with the same effectiveness on technical, logistical and operational issues, while evolving in a private environment where service excellence, discretion and flexibility are fundamental requirements. The position ### This function is addressed to a complete professional, endowed with a genuine service spirit and able to adapt to the daily needs of an exceptional private residence. Beyond technical and driving skills, we are looking above all for a polyvalent, proactive and autonomous person, capable of providing concrete solutions in varied contexts. Main responsibilities ### Maintenance & Technical Support • Ensure the routine maintenance of the property and monitor the perfect general condition of the facilities. • Carry out first-level technical repairs and interventions. • Identify preventive and corrective maintenance needs. • Coordinate and supervise external service providers when necessary. • Guarantee the proper functioning of the residence's equipment and infrastructure. Private Driver • Ensure the family's trips with professionalism, discretion and a keen sense of security. • Monitor the impeccable maintenance of the vehicles. • Manage the logistical aspects related to trips. • Demonstrate great availability and strong flexibility in terms of schedule according to the family's needs. Polyvalent Operational Support • Provide occasional support to the house teams when activity requires it. • Participate in various logistical or organizational missions within the property. • Intervene effectively on varied requests requiring reactivity and practical sense. • Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the residence in a true team spirit. Sought profile ### • Significant experience within UHNW private residences, prestige properties, luxury hotels or comparable environments. • Extremely polyvalent profile, able to manage a great diversity of missions. • Solid technical skills associated with an excellent sense of service. • Autonomy, reliability and ability to take relevant initiatives. • Careful presentation and irreproachable professional attitude. • Absolute sense of confidentiality and discretion. • Excellent adaptability and strong solution-oriented approach. • Imperative mastery of French and Russian.
