Job Description ##

• Holistic nursing and care of guests according to the nursing mission statement and nursing process
• Professional experience in acute care, ideally in acute geriatrics, is an advantage.
• Management of the electronic nursing documentation with CareCoach, where mobile documentation via a CareCoach smartphone is also possible
• Active participation within the nursing process
• Assumption of primary nursing
• Implementation or leadership of case discussions and nursing reports
• Close cooperation with the person responsible for Spitex and the nursing team
• Continuous assessment and evaluation of the respective guest situations

Requirements Profile ##

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or FH.
• Professional experience in a relevant specialist area is an advantage.
• Sense of responsibility and high social competence.
• Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of IT/PC applications.
• Readiness for flexible working hours and weekend shifts.
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing.
