What is my function?
You actively participate in daily business – from issuing quotations to order processing and ensure high service quality in the B2B environment

You lead and develop your 4-person team through targeted further training and promote know-how as well as motivation

You plan sales-promoting measures in coordination with the Sales Manager and share responsibility for the sales targets

You shape the assortment and product portfolio in cooperation with the Sales and Purchasing Management

You process customer complaints in a solution-oriented and service-oriented manner

What do I need to be successful?
You have completed vocational training as a floor layer or carpenter with corresponding further training or experience in the sales office

You think entrepreneurially, work independently and are negotiation-confident in dealing with customers and suppliers

You are resilient, solution-oriented and have a pronounced sense of responsibility

You communicate with style in German and are proficient in working with IT and ERP programs
