In summary As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will lead large-scale ERP integration initiatives in complex IT environments. You will ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions while guaranteeing project success. ? Your mission: • Lead end-to-end ERP integration projects (planning, execution, delivery) • Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, architects, business stakeholders) • Define and manage project scope, deadlines, budget, and risks • Guarantee the technical consistency and quality of integration solutions • Serve as the main interface between IT and business teams • Promote best practices and continuous improvement in project management ? Required profile: • More than 7 years of experience in IT project management, including ERP integration • Solid technical background (development, system integration, or architecture) • Proven experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) • Good understanding of integration concepts (API, middleware, data flows) • Experience in complex and regulated environments is a plus • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in English ? Differentiating skills: • Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum) • Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines • Experience in managing international or distributed teams ?
