Our building projects cover: Aluminum joinery: doors, windows, glass walls, verandasLight façades, curtain walls, and building envelopesCustom-made metal architectural elementsWorks combining aluminum, steel, glass, and stainless steel Your role You will manage building projects from pre-sales to reception. You will be the main contact for clients, architects, and contractors, ensuring coordination between studies, manufacturing, and installation. Your main responsibilities Pre-sales & Studies Analysis of tender files and architectural plans Technical visits and on-site measurements Feasibility study (profiles, glazing, fixings, interfaces with main structure) Complete pricing of joinery/façade lots Writing of offers and technical variants Technical coordination Management of the design office for detail plans and manufacturing Validation of technical solutions with clients/architects Coordination with other trades Verification of interfaces and execution details Purchases & Manufacturing Consultation with suppliers (aluminum profiles, glazing, hardware) Negotiation and placement of orders Launch of manufacturing and monitoring of workshop priorities Preparation of installation files Site & Installation Planning of interventions and coordination of installation teams Site meetings and monitoring of progress Quality control and compliance of works Management of adaptations and unforeseen events on site Release of reserves and client reception Financial management Monitoring of project costs and margins Preparation of invoicing (situations, final statements) Management of amendments Sought profile Technical training in building, metal joinery, façades, or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in managing aluminum joinery and façade projects Excellent mastery of reading building plans Knowledge of SIA standards and Swiss requirements (waterproofing, thermal) Experience in coordinating with architects/contractors/general contractors Knowledge of Bexio Fluent French; German and/or English appreciated Personal qualities Customer service skills and ease with architectsTechnical arbitration and cost/delay leadershipSite leadership and team spiritAdministrative rigor and financial monitoring What we offer you Salary from CHF 6'000 gross/month, adapted to your experience 13th salary paid monthly Open-ended contract (CDI) Company vehicle for client/site travel Flexible hours: 8:00-8:30 am / 5:00 pm (Friday 4:00 pm) Minimum 20 days of vacation/year + 9 paid public holidays Stimulating technical environment with leading industrial clientsStability and evolution prospects
