Your area of responsibility:

• You comprehensively support SME customers in their insurance matters.
• You clarify their needs and manage suitable solutions in the areas of property, liability, and personal insurance.
• You maintain customer relationships and are a reliable contact person.
• For technical questions, you work together with the team leader and the technical specialists.

Your qualifications:

• A completed training in the insurance sector or experience in insurance customer service.
• Enjoyment of customer contact and interest in the needs of SMEs.
• A meticulous way of working, initiative, and the willingness to learn.
• The ability to communicate clearly and build trust.
