Become part of a movement that positively changes the world. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Your mission: Lead and Inspire: Personal and technical leadership of a team of 5 - 12 committed employees in shift operation (early and late shift) – you are the coach who motivates the team to peak performance. Control Processes: Provision and casting of molds according to instructions – precision and organizational talent are required here to ensure a smooth production process. Ensure Quality: Demolding of cast products and checking of components for compliance with drawing specifications and quality – your eagle eye ensures that only flawless products leave the factory. Implement Special Solutions: If required, assembly of special elements according to drawing – handcrafting skills and technical understanding are required here to realize individual customer requests. Get involved and set an example: Active participation in shift operation – you are not only the boss, but also a team player who gets involved and sets an example. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Your profile: Leadership talent: Experience in personnel management and ideally further training in this area – you know how to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Physical fitness: You are used to performing physically demanding work and are fit (max. carrying weight 25 kilos, heavier weights are lifted with the crane) – you are a power pack that also withstands demanding situations. Shift readiness: Willingness to work in shift operation on a weekly basis (05.00 – 14.00 / 13.45 – 22.45 hours) – you are flexible and willing to take on responsibility outside of regular working hours. Communication strength: CH-German/German in word and writing (reading, writing, understanding) – you communicate clearly and effectively with your team and superiors. Technical affinity: Experience in handling common office programs and control programs, SAP knowledge is an advantage – you are a digital native who quickly finds your way into new systems. Technical understanding: Ability to read and understand production drawings – you understand the plans and implement them precisely. Reliability: Reliability & punctuality – you can be relied upon, and you meet deadlines.
