As part of a reinforcement of its teams, our client wishes to integrate a professional capable of quickly taking charge of several operations, with a real desire to make the collaboration permanent at the end of the mission. Your role You ensure the complete management of the sites entrusted to you, from their preparation to their handover. On a daily basis, you organize interventions, plan human and material resources, and ensure the smooth running of the work in compliance with the commitments made to clients. You mainly work on renovation and transformation projects, often carried out on buildings or infrastructure in operation. This particularity requires excellent anticipation, rigorous organization, and a strong capacity for adaptation in order to guarantee the continuity of the users' activities while ensuring the quality of the work. You are the privileged interlocutor for project owners, architects, technical offices, subcontractors, and production teams. You ensure the maintenance of fluid communication between all stakeholders and take the necessary decisions for the proper progress of operations. Beyond technical monitoring, you also ensure the financial management of your business, the monitoring of costs, deadlines, and site profitability, while guaranteeing compliance with safety requirements and the company's quality standards. Your profile You benefit from successful experience in site management in Switzerland, ideally acquired in the fields of renovation, special works, technical coatings, structural repair, or civil engineering. You are capable of managing several operations simultaneously and evolving in technical environments where each site presents its own constraints. Your sense of organization, your autonomy, and your ability to anticipate site problems allow you to effectively manage your operations. You enjoy being in the field, know how to unite different stakeholders around a common goal, and maintain a relationship of trust with your clients and partners. Experience in technical renovation works, industrial floors, resins, structural sanitation, or interventions on existing buildings will constitute a real asset.
