Job description In relation to care: • Maintain and develop skills through continuous training. • Identify crisis situations, take adapted initial measures within the scope of competence, and refer to the nurse. • Ensure assistance with daily life activities: hygiene, food, mobility, elimination. • Participate in the therapeutic education of the patient and their entourage to promote autonomy and social reintegration. • Execute medical prescriptions and delegated care within the scope of competence. • Ensure the maintenance, cleaning, and disinfection of furniture and care equipment according to procedures. In relation to the team: • Participate in the organization of the service and the distribution of work. • Guarantee regular, clear, and effective oral and written transmission of information, respecting the hierarchical channel. • After 2 years of experience, contribute to the supervision and evaluation of certified nursing assistants, nursing aides, ASSC students, and interns. In relation to the institution: • Collaborate actively with other hospital sectors. • Update elements of the computerized care file in accordance with institutional requirements. In relation to the outside • Participate in collaboration with ASSC schools (reception, monitoring, coordination according to current modalities).
