Job Description

• Supervise and support a team of specialized technicians.
• Organize and supervise maintenance, repair, and after-sales service activities.
• Plan and coordinate interventions in collaboration with different departments.
• Provide technical support to technicians and customers.
• Perform complex diagnostics and participate in troubleshooting when necessary.
• Manage spare parts orders and purchasing.
• Research and negotiate with suppliers.
• Optimize and manage stock.
• Prepare quotes and ensure follow-up of intervention billing.
• Maintain customer relationships and participate in contract follow-up.
• Ensure the smooth running of the workshop and the continuous improvement of processes.

Profile Sought
-----------------

• Proven experience in the world of aerial work platforms, elevating platforms, forklifts, or similar equipment.
• Good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, electrotechnics, and fault diagnostics.
• Successful experience in managing a technical team.
• Comfortable with IT tools and ERPs.
• Autonomous, organized, and solution-oriented person.
• Excellent sense of service and good customer relations.
• Strong interest in technology and new market solutions.
