Micromécanicien CFC / Operator on automated machines 100% Genève (m/f/d) Your missions Within the production workshop, your main responsibilities will be to: Guarantee production in compliance with quality, quantity, and deadline objectives Ensure the operation and monitoring of CNC grinding and finishing machines (3 axes and 5 axes) Perform machining and manufacturing operations in compliance with watchmaking standards Perform quality, dimensional, and visual controls in accordance with plans and control ranges Read and interpret technical plans (dimensional and geometric dimensioning) Ensure the computer entry of production and quality data Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and propose optimization solutions Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and report any technical anomaly Your profile Holder of a CFC in Micromécanicien(ne), a CFC in Praticien(ne) en mécanique, or training deemed equivalent Confirmed experience in operating 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines Experience in grinding, finishing, or machining precision components Good mastery of reading technical plans Knowledge of dimensional and quality control tools Ease with production IT tools Experience in the watchmaking sector constitutes a real asset Rigorous, autonomous person with an excellent sense of quality What we offer you ?
