Electrical Maintenance Manager (m/f/d)

What you do

In this key function within our industrial organization, you assume overall responsibility for the electrical safety of people and installations as well as the availability and reliability of all the electrical infrastructures of the site. In this capacity you:

• Exercise the function of the qualified person according to the OIBT.
• Assume the role of manager of electrical installations for all the infrastructures of the site.
• Ensure the operational leadership and management of the electrical maintenance team.
• Carry the responsibility for corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and metrology activities.
• Develop, steer, and monitor the budget of your domain in close collaboration with the Maintenance Manager.
• Plan, coordinate, and optimize maintenance activities in order to guarantee the performance of the installations.
• Perform in-depth technical analyses and develop sustainable solutions meeting operational challenges.
• Lead strategic technical projects as well as large-scale investments.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of equipment, processes, and operating standards.
• Guarantee compliance with legal provisions, technical standards, and safety requirements.
• Develop and anchor a true safety culture within the teams and support audits as well as certification processes.
• Participate in the on-call service according to a rotation of approximately every eight weeks.

What you bring

A recognized professional in your field, you possess solid technical expertise associated with confirmed management experience in a demanding industrial environment.

• A diploma as a certified Expert in electrical installation and safety, as an ES/HES Technician in electrotechnics, or training deemed equivalent.
• The qualification of qualified person according to the OIBT.
• Several years of experience in the maintenance, operation, or development of industrial installations.
• Proven experience in the supervision, support, and development of employees.
• An entrepreneurial spirit combined with a strong sense of responsibility, quality, and cost control.
• An analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
• A recognized ability to make decisions, to unite teams, and to drive change.
• Native French or German speaker, as well as a good professional knowledge of the other language (minimum level B1).
