Your tasks

• Support and advice for corporate clients in various banking topics
• Answering telephone and written customer inquiries from German-speaking Switzerland
• Identifying and utilizing sales potentials, in particular by arranging appointments for customer advisors of the affiliated banks
• Recording and forwarding concerns to the responsible customer advisors of the banks (by telephone or via telephone note)
• Ensuring professional and customer-oriented processing of all inquiries

Your profile

• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as a very good understanding of the Swiss German language
• Commercial training
• Banking experience in the corporate client area is an advantage
• Confident handling of common Office applications
• Precise and structured way of working
• Networked thinking as well as a good understanding of processes and connections
• Customer-oriented and reliable personality
