For our client, an established SME in the field of precision mechanics and CNC machining in the Bern region, we are looking for an entrepreneurially-minded specialist for a versatile key role with development potential in the office, starting immediately or by arrangement. Tasks • In this varied position, you will take over the independent calculation and preparation of offers as well as the complete recording and processing of incoming customer orders. • You plan and control production at the location and consistently keep an eye on deadlines so that punctual delivery is always ensured. • In the event of deviations regarding deadlines or quality, you will independently initiate suitable measures. • Furthermore, you will support customers by telephone and in writing, maintain the ERP master data and continuously develop it. • The creation of evaluations and key figures is as much part of your tasks as price and availability inquiries with suppliers, as well as the organization and processing of goods outgoing including the corresponding shipping documentation. Your area of responsibility is rounded off by the post-calculation of manufactured products. Requirements • You mandatory possess a completed technical basic training in the field of mechanical manufacturing as well as sound knowledge in CNC machining, especially in turning and/or milling. • Experience in offer and order processing is an advantage. You think in terms of business administration, have a strong understanding of costs and work in a structured, independent manner with great care. • A high awareness of quality and reliability regarding deadlines is natural for you, and you communicate with stylistic confidence in German, both orally and in writing.
