To strengthen our team at the Zürich location, we are looking for a Head of Property \& Casualty (m/f/d) as of 1 March 2027 Head of Property \& Casualty (m/f/d) What you move You lead and develop the employees of the P\&C team and perform all related leadership tasks You assume primary responsibility for the support of well-known national and international customers in property, liability and transport insurance You continuously develop the P\&C area and ensure compliance with processes, profitability and service quality You maintain contacts with specialists from insurance companies You support acquisition projects You work in project teams You ensure the communication and information flow in your functional area Why you will succeed You have several years of qualified experience in the corporate business of an insurance broker or an insurer You have sound knowledge of international business You have proven leadership experience You are proficient in all MS\-Office\-programs and have a high IT affinity You have the ability to communicate in stylish German and English, both written and spoken You are service-oriented, empathetic and have high social competence Your resilience and your flexibility as well as your efficient and reliable way of working round off your profile What awaits you with us We are aimed at being a modern, future-oriented family business.
