The current job holder will remain connected to the company in an advisory capacity with his experience and expertise.   Work location: Berner Oberland - Region Gstaad, Saanenland, Simmental Start of position: Beginning 2027 or by arrangement     ### YOUR NEW CHALLENGE • You will gradually take on responsibility for the management of garden maintenance and organize the care of private gardens and public green spaces. • You advise customers and their representatives, develop ideas, prepare concepts and create offers as well as order confirmations. • You plan the deployment of teams with foresight, coordinate appointments, organize material and ensure a smooth process. • You lead the well-coordinated, diversely composed teams fairly and appreciatively and develop them further. • You maintain an overview of reports, orders and administration and ensure reliable processing. WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU • Experience in leading employees and teams in garden maintenance as well as the desire to develop further in this responsibility. • Enjoyment of direct customer contact and the implementation of individual and demanding solutions. • Creativity, initiative and the willingness to realize even extraordinary projects. • Good German skills as well as enjoyment in using and further developing English and ideally French in customer contact. • Enjoyment of the seasonal challenges of garden maintenance and the willingness to take on responsibility during intensive periods.
