Nursing specialist for day shift (50%-100%) Your main tasks are Ensuring professional and holistic care and nursing of our residents during the day (all services; working hours: 07.00 to 22.00) Recognizing individual needs of our residents as well as timely recognition of emergency situations and appropriate action Participating in quality assurance and supporting the further development of nursing quality Ensuring skilled and seamless management of electronic nursing documentation Interdisciplinary collaboration, also with other professional groups You have Completed training as HF/FH (level III) or equivalent, CH-recognized training Professional experience, advantageous in long-term care Great motivation and joy in dealing with elderly people High social and professional competence Independent, responsible way of working Stress tolerance, flexibility, and team ability Willingness to undergo specific further training Sense of humor and reflective ability Good German language skills (W/S) and IT affinity Alterszentrum Schiffländi Gränichen We offer around 100 residents on 3 residential houses a home.
