The Permamed AG is a successful and independent pharmaceutical company in Therwil, which possesses a diverse and innovative product portfolio and is continuously expanding it. Research, production, as well as marketing of the company are located at the Therwil site.
In the past 47 years, Permamed has successfully established itself in the market with its innovative product portfolio, primarily in the therapy of skin diseases, rheumatism, sports injuries, venous diseases, and phytotherapy.
To reinforce our marketing team, we are looking for an engaged personality as a
Pharma Marketing Assistant RX (f/m) 80-100%.
Your tasks
Operative marketing support of selected medicinal products (Rx/OTC)
Conception and implementation of marketing and advertisement plans
Writing of mailings, advertisements, and PR texts – in close cooperation with the Head of Marketing
Organization of congresses and internal training events
Administrative tasks: general correspondence, support for the Head of Marketing and Medical, administrative preparation of meetings (hotels, location, presentations)
Observation of market, competition, and trends (incl. social media) as a basis for new impulses
Management of social media accounts (medicinal products)
Close regular cooperation with the field service
What you bring with you
Training or further education (e.g., Federal Diploma of Higher Education) in the field of marketing, communication, or healthcare; relevant experience and competencies are decisive
Experience in the operative management of marketing activities, ideally in pharma marketing
Knowledge of the regulatory framework in pharma marketing (Swissmedic, HMG, Pharma-Kodex) is an advantage
Flair for numbers and analyses as well as a fine sense for marketing
Confident writing of mailings, advertisements, and PR texts. You implement ideas and campaigns independently, instead of primarily delegating them to external agencies
Affinity for B2C marketing
Familiarity with modern media and social media (Instagram, TikTok etc.)
Independent, proactive way of working and a true hands-on mentality
Doer type, instead of a pure coordinator
Creativity, entrepreneurial thinking, and assertiveness
Team player with high sociability towards the field service and cross-departmental thinking
Organizational talent; even in a hectic environment, you keep a cool head
Knowledge of Xpris CRM is an advantage
Very good German skills in speaking and writing – mandatory basic requirement
French and Italian skills are an advantage
