Commercial Allrounder 50-100%

As a reinforcement for our administration in Arlesheim, we are looking for a commercial allrounder 50-100% immediately or by agreement. We import sweets and food from all over Europe and distribute them in Switzerland. Our company headquarters and office space are located in Arlesheim. With us, you can expect: • a collegial and friendly working atmosphere • varied and exciting tasks with a lot of personal responsibility • a lively environment and short decision-making paths Your tasks: • assisting with purchasing goods from suppliers, close cooperation with their decision-makers • assisting with creating offers and factsheets including image editing • assisting with maintaining the web shop (job sharing) • assisting with the telephone switchboard • assisting with processing customs tariff inquiries • checking transport invoices • sending mail etc. • assisting with article and customer master data: recording and maintenance • assisting with processing incoming orders via Front Office, EDI, and mail • day-to-day business • assisting with article control (job sharing) • deputizing during holidays and absences • various administrative tasks Your qualifications: • successfully completed commercial training or equivalent qualification • experience in the food industry is an advantage • secure handling of MS Office and ideally experience with Opacc • flawless German, good English skills help you to communicate with customers and suppliers, French is an advantage • structured and tidy working method • stress-resistant and solution-oriented • high degree of independence and willingness to work • responsible handling of sensitive data • flexible and enjoying working in a team Our wish: We are addressing an open and independent personality with a sense of responsibility.
