Our client company is a globally active freight forwarding company with an international network and is looking for support in the area of ocean freight. In this role, you will independently plan, coordinate and handle project transports by ocean freight, truck and rail. Vacancy No. 6545 ## Tasks ### • receiving and checking transport orders • preparing transport offers • handling overseas transports • coordinating project transports (including OOG/Break Bulk) • negotiating prices with partners and customers • monitoring transports, delivery dates and quality • documenting the transport • obtaining special permits • looking after customers • invoicing the transports Requirements ### • training as a Speditionskauffrau / Speditionskaufmann • five to six years of professional experience in the area of ocean freight in a freight forwarding company • independent personality with a negotiation-confident appearance • a team player with a cool head and a warm heart • you do not shy away from a leap "into the cold water" IT ### MS-Office - good knowledge Languages ### German: native language English: m+s very good (min. level B2) Start Date ### short-term or by arrangement Work Location ### Region Horgen Special ### Variety, teamwork and daily challenges - that is your job!
