Permanent position at 100% Project Assistant M/F Our client is a renowned general contractor based in the Lausanne region. They have mandated us to accompany them in the recruitment of a Project Assistant M/F. Missions Your main missions are: \- Ensure complete administrative management of construction projects, notably the monitoring of contracts, addenda, tenders, minutes, and other contractual documents. \- Support project managers and site managers in their administrative tasks and ensure the proper organization of construction sites and project-related events. \- Coordinate the administrative follow-up of PPE purchasers, manage modifications, associated documentation, and exchanges with various stakeholders. \- Participate in the financial management of projects, including client and supplier invoicing, control of accounting documents, and budget monitoring. \- Serve as the privileged point of contact between internal teams, clients, companies, and external partners to guarantee fluid and efficient communication. \- Contribute to the smooth running and continuous improvement of processes, thanks to rigorous management of data, monitoring tools, and project documentation.
