Your missions: You are responsible for dialoguing with architects, companies in the context of new projects or renovation. In addition, you participate through your knowledge and experience in the tertiary and industrial sectors, in the development of CVC skills within the branch and in a global way within Planair; You participate in the design and realization of sustainable and economical installations. You carry out hydraulic and aerodynamic sizing, reports and calculation notes. You design plans and diagrams from pre-project to execution phases. Within the group, you participate in the improvement and development of services in the field of CVC installations, particularly heating; Your profile: CFC training as a building technician, ES technician or equivalent training in the field of Climate Engineering - CVC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning); Minimum five (5) years of experience in CVC installation design, from study phases to reception phases including work follow-up; In-depth knowledge of applicable standards in these fields; Solid experience in heat production, particularly in the field of heat pumps and wood heating; Ability to develop projects in collaboration with our building automation group; Ease in writing offers, specifications, submissions and complete reports; Mastery of CVC installation implementation and assembly rules; Knowledge of the energy law and state subsidies; Knowledge of energy management and energy-saving techniques; Mastery of AutoCad, very good knowledge of Revit software is a plus; Mastery of usual office tools (MS-Office); Analytical and decision-making skills facilitating autonomy in mandate management; Experience in managing and monitoring CVC company work; Ability to integrate a multidisciplinary team to manage and coordinate CVCSE projects autonomously in CVC with the support of electricity and sanitation specialists; Rigorous, organized and good communicator, able to work in a team; Native language French. German and/or English are a plus.
