To complement our kitchen team, we are looking for a cook (m/f) 100% by arrangement

Your tasks include:

• Preparation of dishes at the respectively assigned station for the à la carte restaurant as well as for banquets, seminars, groups and daily menus
• Coordination of all tasks at the respective station as well as ensuring a smooth process
• Provision of the daily mise en place
• Creative plating of all dishes
• Compliance with HACCP hygiene concepts

Your profile:
a cook who wants to live out their creative profession with joy and passion. You have completed training as a Koch EFZ and already bring several years of professional experience in a comparable position.

In addition, you have very good German language skills and an efficient and clean way of working. Are you flexible, independent as well as a team player and persevering? Then you are exactly right for us!
