Head of Quality Management / QMB (m/f)

We are looking for a committed "doer personality" who will develop the quality management system strategically and operationally, ensure the highest quality standards, and drive the continuous improvement of processes together with interdisciplinary teams.

Your area of responsibility and tasks:

• Leadership of the Quality Assurance and Quality Management department
• Responsible for the support and continuous development of the QM system according to ISO 13485 as well as the development, implementation, and maintenance of the required processes
• Leadership and coordination of assigned projects in coordination with the management
• Contact person for customer-side quality inquiries and contracts
• Implementation of risk analyses and evaluation, implementation, monitoring and training of suitable QM tools as well as introduction of quality and performance indicators
• Identification and implementation of all quality requirements for materials, processes, and products
• Conducting internal audits as well as accompanying external audits by inspection companies
• Application of QM methods (FMEA, risk analyses, inspection planning, etc.)
• Creation of the annual Q-report for the management

Your profile:

• Technical basic training with corresponding further education (FH/Uni or equivalent)
• Further education in quality management as well as experience in process management and quality assurance in an industrial, preferably medical technology environment
• Proven track record in leading employees and projects
• Sound experience in the application of recognized methods such as "Lean Management, KVP"
• Open, communicative personality with very good German and English skills
