Development, implementation, further development, and review of nursing standards and nursing processes. Consulting, coaching, and training of employees in complex and challenging nursing situations, in treatment-related activities, and ensuring professional competence. Organization and coordination of nursing operations including doctor's visits, medication management, material management, and deputy management of nursing. Responsibility for ensuring the correct implementation of the RAI system according to legal and contractual principles. Training and coaching of MDS coordinators and employees on all matters related to RAI Additional development opportunities If you have experience and/or further training in quality management and want to engage further, you can take on additional tasks up to the management of quality management. This allows the workload to be expanded to up to 100 %.
