To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as a Junior Construction Manager, Construction Manager, or Project Manager in structural and civil engineering. You will independently supervise and coordinate our construction projects and take responsibility for costs, deadlines, and quality.

Your tasks:

• Independent supervision and coordination of our construction projects
• Measurement, construction site accounting, and invoice control
• Cost, deadline, and quality control
• Creation of preliminary measurements and collaboration on offers
• Coordination with construction management, foremen, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Setting out and surveying work as well as tasks in the area of occupational safety / KOPAS
• Supervision and support of our apprentices during their training

Your profile:

• Basic technical construction training or further training as a construction technician or construction manager -- or motivation to develop in this direction
• Technical understanding and strong organizational talent
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Entrepreneurial as well as cost, deadline, and quality-conscious thinking
• Sense of responsibility and solution-oriented action
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and assertiveness
• Good IT knowledge and driver's license Cat. B
