ICT Systems Engineer (DevSecOps)

Bern (and home office) | 80-100% (jobsharing possible) What you can contribute • Ensure the integration of new systems/applications into PAM • Create and manage << Safes >>, as well as develop and automate PAM integrations for systems and applications (authorizations, membership in << Safes >> according to the principles of least privilege and separation of duties, connectors, password rotation) • Handle complex access cases and exceptions in PAM (e.g., << Breakglass >>, escalations, root cause analyses) and ensure coordination with operations, security, and application owner teams • Plan and carry out periodic reviews/rectifications of SAFe authorizations • Develop and ensure the monitoring of operational dossiers (runbooks), standards, and IT controls; provide active support during audits and security reviews • Coach stakeholders (operations teams, application owners) and transfer expertise within the team <br /> What makes you unique • HES/bachelor engineer's degree, with an orientation in IT and communication systems or equivalent training • Several years of practical experience in the IAM (Identity and Access Management) or PAM (Privileged Access Management) field with responsibilities involving compliance and operations in critical environments • Ability to analyze complex issues in a structured manner, to make decisions based on this, and to manage stakeholders • Good understanding of AD/LDAP and Windows/Linux (Red Hat), including group structures/the Tiering model in the context of privileged access • Experience in CyberArk administration (operations/error analysis) or willingness to train/certify in this field • Unwavering integrity and rigor in handling highly sensitive information and special administrative rights <br /> In a few words In this position, you will work on platforms that are not only technically exciting but must also meet the very high security requirements in force in the military environment.
