CNC Setup Mechanic - 2×8 or VSD (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a CNC Setup Mechanic - 2x8 or VSD (M/F). Your future responsibilities: • You will perform the setup and startup of machines. • You will load the parts and perform milling operations (turning would be an asset) on frames, bottoms, and spectacles. • You will ensure the change of cutting tools and perform the necessary corrections. • You will perform visual and dimensional controls using manual control tools as well as Zeiss and Marcel Aubert machines. • You will perform the cleaning, lubrication of machines and ensure first-level maintenance. Your profile: • You hold a CFC in production mechanics or an equivalent training. • You have at least 5 years of experience as a setter in an industrial production environment. • You master 5-axis milling and benefit from confirmed experience in this field. • You master programming on Fanuc controls as well as numerical controls. • You possess good knowledge of commonly used dimensional control tools. • You are autonomous, flexible, and conscientious. • You enjoy teamwork and have an excellent team spirit. • You are stress-resistant and know how to evolve in a demanding environment.
