Accounts Receivable and Finance Clerk 80-100%, temporary (m/f/d)

Our client is an association of several companies with diverse professional fields and thus offers a wide spectrum of tasks and development opportunities. The location in Emmen is easily accessible and the environment is characterized by short distances and a collegial atmosphere. Anyone who likes to take responsibility in the finance area and enjoys a structured, careful way of working will find a suitable environment here for an assignment of around 6 months with the option of extension.

Your tasks

• Processing invoicing and accounts receivable accounting
• Managing the dunning process
• Reconciling and controlling accounts
• Collaborating with the Sales Team and the Finance department
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
• Taking over deputy duties within the team and ensuring smooth processes

Your profile

• Commercial basic training, further training as an accounting clerk or similar is an advantage
• Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
• Confident use of MS-Office, especially Excel, SAP experience is an advantage
• High accuracy and reliability
• Independent and structured way of working
• Teamwork skills and flexibility
• German: stylistically proficient C2 / any other language is a plus
