Head: Expert Services (70-100%) What you move with us - your tasks that make sense In this role, you lead the Expert Services department and develop it in a targeted manner. You are responsible for a specialized unit that accompanies customers in complex cases: from building estimates to damage care. Together with your management team, you ensure that expert knowledge is used effectively, develop services and processes further, and create the basis for quality, reliability, and a convincing customer experience - even in demanding situations. Concretely: You lead a specialized technical unit that processes complex cases, carries out on-site inspections, creates well-founded building estimates, and initiates preventive measures. You and your team are the last technical instance and you also make clear, well-founded decisions in demanding situations. You combine technical excellence with clear leadership and lead six decentralized regions with around 20 employees as well as 110 appraisal experts in a secondary role effectively. In doing so, you promote networked cooperation across all regions. You promote knowledge transfer and ensure consistently high technical excellence with effective quality assurance.
