You will take on a central role in quality assurance at Accelleron at the Baden location. Exciting challenges await you at the interface between production, development, and quality. As a member of our metrology team, you will make a decisive contribution to securing our high quality standards through careful, precise, and efficient testing.

Your tasks:

Independent execution and documentation of tests on turbocharger components and operating resources according to specification documents
Creation of measurement programs (test concept, methodology, and strategy) at offline programming stations or directly on various coordinate measuring machines (Zeiss)
Operation of coordinate measuring machines (Zeiss) and execution of initial sample, intermediate, and final tests as well as special measurements
Creation of complete documentation for completed measurement orders, e.g., initial sample inspection reports (EMPB) or quality notifications in SAP
Support of production with quality-promoting measures, root cause analysis in case of deviations, and as a know-how carrier in metrological issues
Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes in the sense of Lean Management, KVP, and other optimization approaches
Your background:

Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or comparable technical basic training, ideally with further training in the field of coordinate metrology (e.g., AUKOM)
At least two years of professional experience in the programming and operation of coordinate measuring machines (Zeiss, Calypso or similar)
Strong spatial reasoning skills as well as an independent, careful, and quality-conscious way of working
Confident handling of measuring and testing equipment as well as sound knowledge of form and position tolerancing; you are proficient in reading technical drawings
Team-oriented personality with a structured and goal-oriented way of working
Experience in using SAP as well as good knowledge of Office products
Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
