Our offering ranges from advisory services for older people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care, and home care and support. At the Regensdorf location, we offer 54 residents a familial environment with professional nursing care.

Your tasks

• Independent execution of basic and treatment care of residents in the reference person system
• Planning and implementation of the nursing process together with the team
• Cooperation in the multi-professional team
• Taking over daily responsibility
• Responsibility for the recording of nursing measures and RAI LTCF classifications
• Ensuring compliance with internal company instructions (nursing guidelines, instructions)
• Support of employees in the professional and interpersonal area

Your profile

• You have completed training as a Pflegefachperson HF or a Swiss recognition SRK
• You enjoy working in early, late, and night shifts
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing (at least level B2)
• Networked thinking
• You possess strong social skills and value interdisciplinary cooperation
• High sense of responsibility, independence and flexibility characterize you
• Handling modern tools is part of your everyday life (PC, tablet, smartphone)
• Knowledge of RAI LTCF desirable
