Team Leader Laboratory 100% (m/f)

In this versatile leadership role, you will take charge of our development laboratory, including the areas of the chemical laboratory (semi-finished products ET and analytics) and the physical laboratory (testing and test facilities).

Job Description ##

• Functional and personnel leadership of the employees in the development laboratory
• Planning and coordination of personnel and technical laboratory resources

(Staff and laboratory planning, shopfloor meetings, employee training)

• Organization, monitoring, and continuous further development of laboratory processes
• Responsibility for a safe, clean, and efficient laboratory operation
• Ensuring the maintenance and availability of devices, systems, and testing equipment
• Responsibility for material management as well as cost center and budget planning of the laboratory
• Analysis as well as electrochemical and physical characterization of materials such as electrode materials and electrolytes
• Method development of new test methods, introduction and execution of chemical, physical, and electrochemical tests
• Support for the further development of innovative battery systems
• Support for supervisors and specialist departments with technical questions
• Production of production documentation according to project manager specifications

Profile ##

• Completed training as a chemistry or physics laboratory technician with further training in the technical field, e.g., Techniker HF, Bachelor or Master Chemistry FH or comparable

Professional Requirements ##

• Several years of professional experience in the laboratory and development environment
• Several years of leadership experience as well as enjoyment in the development and promotion of employees and apprentices
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working, hands-on mentality
• German in spoken and written form, any further language is an advantage
