Job Description ##

• Perform technical checks and inspections of photovoltaic installations.
• Take charge of supervising a team of electricians by providing assistance, training, and advice.
• Ensure management of After-Sales Service (SAV) by maintaining an optimal customer relationship and ensuring the efficient resolution of technical issues.
• Carry out regular performance evaluations of the team and mentor employees to strengthen their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor the finances and administration of the business placed under their responsibility
• Master the current NIBT standards

We expect ##

• OIBT inspector certificate or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently, with a pronounced sense of responsibility.
• Excellent command of French (mandatory), knowledge of another language would be an asset.
• Technical competence in general electrical installations.
• Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines.
• Sense of teamwork, customer orientation, and courteous professional attitude.
• Driver's license required.
