As a Site Manager, you are responsible for the following tasks Main tasks * Personnel, technical, and operational leadership of the technical and infrastructural teams in the portfolio Kongresshaus, Volkshaus, Strandbad, Kleinboothafen, and Casino in Biel * Ensuring high availability of the infrastructure and buildings as well as efficient and smooth provision of required services * Monitoring, coordination, and control of external service providers * Ensures coverage for all locations and the central contact point (Single Point of Contact SPoC) * Member of the divisional management * Responsibility as SIBE (Safety Officer) for the assigned portfolio * Independent planning, coordination, and implementation of smaller maintenance and optimization projects within the responsible portfolio * Efficient and cost-conscious procurement and management of material, obtaining and checking offers, as well as controlling incoming invoices * Organization and control of maintenance on your own machinery as well as the annual small equipment test * Ensuring the professional maintenance of the pool water treatment * Responsible for cross-divisional cooperation and appropriate relationship management with stakeholders Requirement profile * Completed technical or manual training and further training as Head of Facility Management and Maintenance * Ideally experience in dealing with building technology systems (electrical systems, refrigeration systems, air conditioning systems, sanitary systems, fire protection systems, water systems) * Independent, structured, and responsible way of working * Socially competent, customer-oriented, and strong-implementation personality who enjoys working with different stakeholder groups * Initial experience in leading teams * Native German language and good knowledge of French (and the willingness to improve it) * Good PC skills We offer an exciting activity with potential for design, varied activity in a diverse, dynamic environment, flexible working hours, a central workplace, and a free fitness subscription.
