As a modern elderly and nursing home with a family atmosphere, residents in need of care at Länzerthus 119 are primarily from the municipalities of Rupperswil, Auenstein, Hunzenschwil and Schafisheim. Distributed across 5 departments, around 140 employees provide their highly valued services daily for the residents, relatives and external visitors.

Tasks

• Leadership of the education team
• Planning, coordination and further development of internal and external training and continuing education
• Participation in management and team meetings as well as apprentice exchange
• Administrative tasks
• Assistance with the recruitment of apprentices
• Responsibility for external communication and in close consultation with the management

Requirements

• Completed training as a nursing specialist HF and/or higher vocational training
• Completed further training as an instructor with a federal specialist certificate or completed SVEB certificate instructor (formerly SVEB 2) with the willingness to complete the specialist certificate training
• Several years of experience in the training of apprentices
• Experience in gerontology and geriatrics, health and nursing care
• Experience in the planning, organization and coordination of training and continuing education
