Working at MOB is: * Joining a company anchored in its region. * Contributing to a useful public service. * Evolving in a stable and structured environment. * Being part of teams where mutual aid and respect are real. > Here, you are accepted as you are. > And we move forward together, for the long term. #### Your role * Support project managers at MOB and other railway companies in all legal aspects related to the management of infrastructure projects and public procurement. * Support project managers for legal questions related to their project(s). * Generally ensure the compliance of project management processes and procedures with legal bases. * Perform the formal control of files for the plan approval procedure. * Elaborate and/or verify all agreements necessary for assigned projects (including in the field of land and rights acquisitions). * Provide legal support for all questions related to public procurement and the resulting contracts. * Accomplish legal tasks entrusted by the secretary general and report to them. #### What we offer you * A valued and sustainable job. * A working framework anchored in the region. * A human-sized company. * A structured organization with clear landmarks. * An environment where safety and quality prevail. * Supportive and committed teams. #### The profile we are looking for * Holder of a master's degree in law, you benefit from experience in the field of railway approval procedures, public procurement, or labor law and social insurance. * Organized, precise, and reliable, you are motivated by quality work while respecting deadlines. * Gifted with interpersonal and writing ease, you have very good analysis and systemic thinking skills. * French native speaker, you have at least a B2 level in German.
