The position: Reporting to the Finance department, you ensure a key role in the smooth running of the company's administrative and accounting activities. Thanks to your versatility, you contribute to the reliability of financial processes while ensuring general administrative and reception tasks. Your main missions: Support the Finance team in accounts payable, accounts receivable and general accounting activities Participate in monthly financial closings Ensure the reception of visitors and management of the telephone switchboard Coordinate housekeeping, common areas and general services providers Participate in the organization of internal and external events Ensure the monitoring of the time tracking software Contribute to the organization of internal training Your profile: CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent training Proven experience in a versatile administrative and/or accounting function Good knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable Proficiency in standard IT tools; knowledge of an ERP is an asset Excellent command of French English level B2 orally and in writing Excellent organizational skills, sense of priorities and autonomy Discretion, rigor and sense of service jpid2d59ac3jm jpit0833jm jpiy26jm
