Your role: Within the FM team, ensure the maintenance, monitoring, and execution of electrical work on the Institute's sites, while providing occasional technical support to the Management service, in a logic of optimizing internal resources. Your main responsibilities: • Execution of installation, renovation, and electrical standardisation work. • Preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations. • Technical support during the layout or renovation of spaces. • Ensure compliance with current electrical safety standards. • Monitoring of interventions and external electricity service providers. • Participation in work planning. • Implementation of safety procedures during interventions. • Participation in regulatory inspections and technical audits. • Occasional interventions on housing electrical installations. • Coordination with the FM manager to prioritize needs. • Collaboration with maintenance teams and site managers. • Writing intervention reports and following up on requests via internal tools. • Proposal of technical improvements and cost optimization. To succeed in this role you must: • CFC Monteur Electricien or CFC Installateur Electricien • Minimum 7 years with responsibility and/or management of construction sites or sites • Specialization articles 13 and 15 OIBT • Understanding of technical plans and diagrams • Good knowledge of NIBT standards • Driving license B • Sense of responsibility and organization • Autonomy and spirit of initiative What we can offer you: • Working with a large international community of users from diverse backgrounds. • Interesting position with varied tasks. • Good atmosphere in a human-sized team. • In the heart of international Geneva.
