Your task ##

• Holistic support of a defined international customer base within the framework of export processing
• Independent order processing from receipt to invoicing, including the creation of all export and shipping documents
• Monitoring and coordination of delivery processes to ensure timely delivery
• Creation of various work instructions and documentation for the foreign trade area
• Conducting training and providing support during audits and regulatory projects

Your profile ##

• Commercial basic training with completed further training in export (Foreign Trade Specialist)
• Several years of professional experience in export and order processing mandatory
• Profound language skills in German and English, spoken and written
• Very good MS Office skills and ERP system
• Organizational talent and passion for foreign trade and customs topics
