For our client in the region Reiden LU, we are looking for an experienced, technically savvy, and strong leadership personality as Head of Technology 100 % to start immediately or by arrangement.

For this responsible position, we are looking for a personality who combines sound technical understanding with several years of experience in personnel management. You enjoy technical challenges, maintain an overview in day-to-day business, and know how to successfully lead, motivate, and develop a team.

Your tasks

• Functional and personnel leadership of the technical team
• Independent planning, coordination, and organization of the entire day-to-day business
• Deployment planning, task distribution, and leadership of employees
• Ensuring efficient workflows and smooth operations
• Technical support for the team with demanding questions and problem-solving
• Responsibility for material management, inventory, and stock levels
• Independent organization and handling of material purchasing
• Organization, administration, and coordination of the entire vehicle fleet
• Ensuring the readiness for use and maintenance of the vehicles
• Monitoring work quality as well as compliance with safety regulations
• Continuous optimization of operational and technical processes
• Close cooperation with the management

Your profile

• Completed technical or manual vocational training
• Several years and verifiable experience in personnel management is mandatory
• Sound technical understanding and strong interest in technical processes and connections
• Experience as a technical manager, workshop manager, team leader, or in a comparable leadership function
• Ability to recognize technical problems, assess them, and develop solutions together with the team
• Experience in the planning and organization of operational day-to-day business
• Knowledge in material management, purchasing, and warehouse organization
• Experience in fleet organization is an advantage
• Strong leadership qualities, assertiveness, and organizational talent
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a high sense of responsibility
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication, reliable, and resilient personality
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B
