Service Assistant (restaurant)

The employer is looking for three:

Waiter/Waitress - Town House Boutique Hotel and Bottega del Gusto Locarno (reported profession)

Tasks:

• co-responsible for the daily mise en place
• welcoming and bidding farewell to customers
• serving dishes and drinks
• advising the customer
• preparing the bill and collecting payment
• taking care of cleaning in an independent manner: cleaning cutlery or glasses, disposing of waste, empty bottles, general cleaning work

Requirements:

• previous experience in the sector from 1 – 3 years
• excellent knowledge of the menu, drinks and wines
• if necessary, flexibility to work in the other premises of the Seven Group
• ability to work in a team, courteous communication with customers and colleagues
• being able to give explanations in DE/IT/E/F
• category B driver's license
• having one's own vehicle

• employment from 30 - 100%
• employment immediately, with a fixed-term contract until 31.10.2026
• shift work, night work, Sunday work and public holiday work
• salary based on the CCNL of the hotel and restaurant sector
