We work closely with pedagogical and psychological management in trial teams. You will get to know different specializations and can develop yourself within them. We are happy to support you in your new field of activity as a manager and will stand close by your side in a supervisory capacity. Our (psycho)therapeutic focuses are broadly distributed with specialization in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, systemic therapy (multifamily therapy), depth psychological and ward-equivalent - outreach therapy. Your tasks You are responsible for child and adolescent psychiatric diagnostics and therapy in close interdisciplinary cooperation with our team (including specialist on-call duty) Participation in the further development of clinical concepts in close cooperation with a committed, multidisciplinary team is another part of this interesting task You are committed to university teaching and research Your profile You have successfully acquired a specialist medical title in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry (doctorate an advantage) You are interested in working at a university clinic and the interfaces with teaching and research that come with it You enjoy taking on leadership and further training responsibility and are interested in the development of new therapy concepts You have good oral and written German skills at level C2 The UPZ The Universitäre Psychiatrische Zentrum Bern (UPZ) is, as a university clinic, the leading competence center for psychiatry and psychotherapy in the capital region.
