That is exactly what we are looking for in you. Your Role You are responsible for ensuring that our customer orders are processed smoothly from order to delivery. To do this, you coordinate customers, warehouse, logistics, and purchasing and ensure that stocks and goods flows are correct. A large part of your work consists of structured and careful order processing. You record orders, coordinate transports, maintain stocks, and ensure that our processes are strictly adhered to. But not every day goes according to plan. Time and again, it is necessary to process complaints, clarify special cases, or trace discrepancies in stocks and deliveries. In these cases, your organizational talent is just as much in demand as your ability to recognize connections and find solutions together with customers, warehouse, and transport partners. Your Tasks Independent processing of customer orders from order to successful delivery Recording and coordination of orders, delivery dates, and transports in SAP Organization and notification of transports Monitoring and maintenance of warehouse stocks as well as our external warehouses Posting of production orders and dismantlings Processing and coordination of complaints Clarification of special cases and discrepancies Close cooperation with sales, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics Support in the procurement process as well as deputy within the team What You Bring You enjoy working in a structured and precise manner.
