Product Industrialization Project Manager (M/F)

Located in Sonceboz, in the heart of a region whose industry is traditionally oriented towards high precision, the company MONNIN SA has been producing a wide range of turned products intended for the watchmaking and microtechnology sectors since 1946.

As part of our development and to meet future challenges, we are looking for a

Product Industrialization Project Manager (M/F) (Permanent contract at 100%)

Your mission:

• You play a key role in the management and implementation of manufacturing processes.

Your main missions will be to

• Lead industrialization projects, from the definition of the need to the transition into production, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality requirements.
• Conduct analyses and developments guaranteeing industrial robustness and compliance with technical specifications in collaboration with the different departments.
• Challenge the technical solutions proposed by business specialists, guide technical choices in order to guarantee their relevance, robustness and consistency with product requirements.
• Intervene in the improvement of existing processes with the objective of reducing rejects and guaranteeing their capability.
• Coordinate and unite multidisciplinary teams involved in the projects.
• Organize and lead project reviews with clients and internal teams.
• Propose innovative technical solutions to optimize industrialization processes
• Ensure a regular presence on the ground, in the workshops and with the different departments, in order to guarantee the proper implementation of actions and the control of projects.

3Your profile:*

• HES Engineering degree or equivalent in microtechnology or mechanics.
• A first experience in the fields of watchmaking production is an asset.
• Mastery of industrialization methods and tools as well as solid knowledge in project management.
• Keen sense of technology and taste for solving industrial problems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, sense of organization.
• Proactivity, autonomy and ability to make decisions.
• Knowledge of Logyplan (ERP) and Solidworks software is an asset.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office tools.
