Electrical Maintenance Technician OIBT art 13 and 15 (M/F)

On behalf of a company active in technical solutions and industrial maintenance, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager Technician.

The position offers significant autonomy and combines technical expertise, team coordination, and operational follow-up. The person will be required to be present mostly at the client site.

Your mission:

As a technical referent and team leader, you ensure the smooth running of electrical maintenance activities and ensure compliance with technical, quality, and safety requirements.

Your main responsibilities will notably include:

• Supervising, coordinating, and supporting intervention teams;
• Organizing work and ensuring the monitoring of hours and activities;
• Providing technical support to intervenors;
• Ensuring the follow-up and immediate reporting of anomalies;
• Managing and controlling technical documentation related to maintenance operations;
• Supervising tests and ensuring the traceability of interventions;
• Developing, consolidating, and monitoring maintenance schedules;
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines and commitments;
• Preparing maintenance campaigns;
• Ensuring the application of current methods and procedures;
• Controlling deliverables and preparing reporting elements;
• Participating in follow-up meetings with the client and various partners.

Your profile:

• CFC in maintenance electrician, automation technician, or equivalent/higher training;
• Solid experience in industrial electrical maintenance;
• Experience in the manufacturing or field of electrical switchboards;
• Experience in a pharmaceutical environment is an advantage;
• Previous experience in supervising or coordinating teams.

You have good knowledge in the fields of electricity and industrial automation, as well as appropriate OIBT qualifications.

Autonomous and organized, you have a sense of service and know how to coordinate several intervenors in a demanding environment.
Your ability to communicate effectively, your rigor, and your sense of responsibility allow you to be a reliable interlocutor for both technical teams and the client.
English would be an asset.
