Real Estate Appraiser (m/f/d) 80 - 100 %, Schaffhausen

Your tasks

• Valuation of demanding income-generating properties as well as commercial and industrial buildings using IAZI or Vitruv by creating valuation reports and documentation
• Analysis of project developments and land values as a basis for sound credit decisions
• Inspection of real estate alone or together with our customer advisors, as well as technical sparring for demanding financing and valuation projects
• Technical exchange with real estate companies, property developers, architects, and real estate dealers
• Active participation in the further development of the appraisal system by recognizing potential for improvement, the further development of valuation standards and methods, as well as the introduction of digital, data-based, and automated solutions to increase the quality, efficiency, and significance of our valuations
• Technical contact person for valuation topics within the bank as well as knowledge transfer through training and technical sparring
• Maintenance and expansion of an active network with relevant market participants in the real estate environment

Your experience and personality

• Several years of experience in the valuation of income-generating properties as well as commercial and industrial buildings
• Sound training in the real estate sector, for example CAS Immobilienbewertung or a comparable further education
• Very good knowledge of IAZI and/or Vitruv
• Experience with project analyses and land value calculations
• Confident appearance and enjoyment of exchange with professional market participants
• Analytical, structured, and independent way of working combined with a high orientation toward service
• Enjoyment in passing on specialist knowledge, critically questioning existing processes, and actively helping to shape the further development of the appraisal system
