What awaits you Support of the team management in organization, duty planning and team leadership Co-responsibility for person-centered care and respectful accompaniment of the residents Active cooperation in nursing – close to residents and the team Active participation in case discussions and the further development of nursing quality Quality and safety of the nursing care during your shift Co-design of processes and quality standards Professionally correct implementation of nursing concepts, standards and guidelines Contact person for colleagues, residents and relatives What you bring with you Degree as dipl.
