Employee Assisted Living

Pro Infirmis advises, accompanies, and supports people with disabilities and their relatives throughout Switzerland with versatile services. With around 1'600 committed employees, we advocate for an inclusive society and for the self-determined, unrestricted participation of people with disabilities in all areas of life. As of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for our Assisted Living service for the city and agglomeration of Luzern for a Employee Assisted Living ## Your area of responsibility: • Regular home visits to clients with mental and/or cognitive impairments, accompaniment, advice, and support in practical life areas • Coaching in the search for housing • Case management (conducting mandate clarifications, status meetings, administration, and file management) • Systemic networking work with referrers and/or other relevant institutions or persons • Independent work within a committed and motivated team Your profile: • Completed training in the pedagogical field (Fachperson Betreuung, social pedagogy, social companion) • Experience in working with people with disabilities • Good PC skills • Good planning and organizational skills • High level of independence and reliability, transparency, teamwork • Resident in the city of Luzern or in the agglomeration of Luzern • High mobility (car, public transport, bicycle, etc.) We offer: • Versatile and demanding activity with high personal responsibility and changing challenges • Professional support in your task • Regular exchange within the team • High level of independence and flexibility in the work schedule • Further training opportunities • Attractive employment conditions as well as good social benefits
